Shipping & Returns

Shipping information:

We use DHL to airmail your order. We do our best to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Free delivery for orders $125 and over
$15 delivery for all orders under $100, $10 delivery for all orders $100-$124.99.

If you are purchasing Rose & Thorne products from outside of New Zealand, please be aware of any import tax and duties that you may be charged on delivery. These vary from country to country and are not covered by Rose & Thorne nor the shipping services we provide. To contact us regarding your order, please email: deliveries@roseandthorne.com.

Change of heart? Returns

Great bra fit is really important, so we accept returns for a full refund of purchase price for any reason within 30 days of purchase on many of our products. But, there are a couple of rules to keep in mind:

1) Items must be returned to us within 30 days of purchase

2) Bras must be returned in original condition. Original condition means unworn, unsoiled, unwashed, as new condition with all tags still attached

3) We are unable to accept returns on any briefs (hygiene), items marked clearance or outlet, bras priced $29 or under (sales of these heavily reduced items are final).

To keep things simple we don’t offer exchanges, however accepted returns will receive a full refund of the purchase price back to your method of payment. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable.

Step 1 : Email returns@roseandthorne.com to receive instructions to send your item/s back to our New Zealand Distribution Centre so we can ensure the return goes smoothly for you.

Step 2 : You’ll need to pay for the shipping to return your items back to us, and we do recommend you use a shipping service that gives you a tracking number and offers insurance - we are unable to take responsibility for any loss or delay of packages being returned while they are in transit.

Step 3 : You will receive confirmation of your refund via email once the return has been received and accepted (please allow up to 5 working days for your return to be processed once it arrives with us). Should the return not be accepted, a member of our team will contact you to advise next steps.
