Updates!
My sister had her baby! Joseph is his name. It all happened so quickly, it was a great labor, even though it was induced. Her water broke naturally, which was good.
The baby is one of the sweetest little babies! He hardly EVER cries which is amazing. He's 11 days old. I haven't posted lately, I've been pretty busy. Seeing my nephew born (I was there) was definitely one of the crowning moments of this year. And it's only January!
I'm definitely more upbeat, my depression seems to be receding...kind of like a hairline, except faster. My weight loss plan has come to a grinding halt, it seems to be reversing at a rapid speed too. But after several weeks of eating anything I'm getting back to my motivating factors. But heavens is it hard to lose weight.
My hands are numb from typing so I'll have to say adios for now.
